Отель разочаровал. Старый номерной фонд, тесные номера с пошарпаной мебелью. Постельное бельё застиранное, одеяла без пододеяльника. Уборка некачественная, пыль и грязь по углам, в санузле засаленные стены. Но основное -полное отсутствие интернета в номерах, хотя при бронировании он заявлен. Причём к сети Wi-Fi подключение есть, но в интернет выйти невозможно, позвонить через соцсети тоже невозможно. При этом персонал приветливо улыбается и пытается убедить, что у них всё в порядке, а это нет интернета во всём посёлке, хотя в близлежащих кафе всё есть. В общем, если для вас это вещь принципиальная -останавливаться в этом отеле не советую.

Unhygienic rooms, too expensive in what they are providing however location was good and staff was polite. Intercom also not working. In short staff was good but property was not worth money.

Person at front desk, by the name of sunder is very rude and give false comments. During my conversation with him multiple times, he had nowhere talked about checking timming at 1 pm. Had already told him about my schedule on each call;before leaving delhi however, had to wait for 1- 1. 5 hours for checking at hotel post a whole night drive. When insisted, he started showing me the checking timings written at hotel. I requested to s prey room freshner multiple times during my stay however he kept on giving excuses. Rooms are so suffocating, washrooms are not properly cleaned and constant water leakage. Would not recommend anyone to raj palace. The only better part was, food was tasty at raj palace. A much better hotel by the name of moksha is available and would always prefer to go there anytime.

Bad room conditions, ac was not working and no fan available. No support no refund policy in such case. Also they did not mention that the route on night is not open after 10pm, even not suggest other way, when we asked the other route they mention to book other hotel on your cost. The hotel is non refundable in such situations also. When we reached by own. They looks disappointed.

Room facility. 1. Hotel room is very counjusted approx size 8x11 2. No dustbin inside or outside the room. 3. Led is not working 4. Room is not clean properly 5. Blanket is fully dirty and full with someone hairs. 6. Room ac temperature is set on 25c and ac remote refuse to give. 7. Bed sheet and pillow is also not clean someone hairs is everywhere on bed sheet, pillow n blanket. 8. Lots of mosquitoes. Good thing. 1. Food quality is superb. 2. Food service is superb. 3. Very near to parmarth niketan
